Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى توضيح أهمية التدريب الإلكتروني في تطوير مهارات اليد العاملة داخل المنظمة، وتنمية اتجاهات ومعارف هذه الموارد باعتبارها محور نشاط المنظمة، من خلال تحديد فاعليته في بيئة المنظمة بالنسبة للمورد البشري، تشمل الدراسة عينة من مؤسسة سونلغاز مديرية تبسة. من خلال توزيع استمارة بحثية في جمع البيانات، تم معالجتها ببرنامج22spss v ومن أبرز النتائج المتوصل إليها أن التدريب الإلكتروني في مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع تبسة يؤثر على تنمية الموارد البشرية فيها خاصة بعدي تنمية المعارف والمعلومات وتنمية الاتجاهات.
