المنهج النبوي في معالجة الأخطاء-فقه الموازنة أنموذجا-

Résumé: ملخص: يطرح هذا البحث قضية جوهرية يسبب إهمالها اختلال موازين الحياة؛ وهي اعتبار المصلحة في كل معالجة لأخطاء الغير يقدم عليها المصلح، ولما كان النبي  سيد المصلحين؛ فإن هذا البحث يبرز هذه القضية، ويعالج الأخطاء في معالجة الأخطاء من خلال النظر في الأحاديث النبوية نظرة مقاصدية؛ تُستخلص منها قواعد مصلحية؛ تُحْكم بها كل معالجة للأخطاء؛ سواء كانت على المستوى الخاص أو العام، ومن هذه القواعد قاعدة الموازنة عندما تتعارض المصالح فيما بينها فتقدم أعظم مصلحة إما بمعالجة الخطأ أو تركه، وتدفع أشد المفسدتين المترتبة على معالجة الخطأ أو تركه. Abstract: This research raises a fundamental issue, the neglect of which causes the imbalance of life. It is the consideration of interest in every treatment of the mistakes of others that the reformer introduces, and since the Prophet  was the master of reformers; This research highlights this issue, and addresses the errors in addressing errors by looking at the hadiths with an intentional view. From which rules of interest are drawn; All error handling is governed by it; whether it is on the private or public level, and among these rules is the balancing rule when interests conflict with each other, so the greatest interest is presented, either by treating the mistake or leaving it, and it pays the most serious consequences for treating the mistake or leaving it.
