السياسة اللغوية عند عبد القادر الفاسي الفهري دراسة في المنهج والأهداف

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في السياسة اللغوية التي تطرق لها الفاسي الفهري في مؤلفاته، والتي حدد فيها أهداف عامة تشمل البلاد العربية، وأخرى خاصة ببلده –المغرب-وعليه جاء عنوان بحثنا: السياسة اللغوية عند عبد القادر الفاسي الفهري دراسة في الأهداف والمنهج، متضمنا الإشكالية التالية: إلاّم تسعى السياسة اللغوية في تصور عبد القادر الفاسي الفهري؟ وما هو منهجه في تناوله لقضايا السياسة اللغوية في البلاد العربية؟ متبعة المنهج الوصفي والتحليل كأداة مساعدة. ثم خلصنا في نهاية البحث إلى نتائج أهمها: أن الفاسي الفهري يسعى إلى وضع سياسة لغوية ناجعة تتمثل في انتشار اللغة، كما أنه يسعى كذلك إلى اقتران اللغة العربية باللغة الأمازيغية في الاستعمالات الرسمية واليومية، ولا يمانع في تعلم الفرنكفونية؛ لأنها تعتبر لغة المستعمر التي لا زالت قائمة في البلدان العربية This research aimsto study and explain the language policy in the writings of FassiFihri,In which he set general goals including the Arab countries, and others specific to his country - Morocco - according to that came the title of our research: the language policy of Abdul QaderFassiFihri study in the objectives and methodology, Including the following problem: Why is the language policy pursued by Abdel-QaderFassiFihri? And what is his approach in addressing the issues of language policy in the Arab countries? To achieve this I followed the descriptive approach and analysis as an aid. At the end of the research, we concluded with the most important results: that FassiFihri seeks to develop an effective language policy, which is the spread of the language. He also seeks to associate the Arabic language with the Amazigh language in the official and daily uses, and does not mind studying Francophonie; Still exist in the Arab countries.Cette recherche a pour but d’étudier et d’expliquer la politique linguistique dans les écrits de Fassi Fihri, dans lequel il fixait des objectifs généraux, notamment les pays arabes, et d’autres spécifiques à son pays - le Maroc -, selon lequel s’appelait le titre de notre recherche: la politique linguistique de Abdul Qader Fassi Fihri étudient les objectifs et la méthodologie, y compris le problème suivant: Pourquoi la politique linguistique est-elle poursuivie par Abdel-Qader Fassi Fihri? Et quelle est son approche face aux problèmes de politique linguistique dans les pays arabes? Pour ce faire, j'ai suivi l'approche descriptive et l'analyse comme une aide. À la fin de la recherche, nous avons conclu avec les résultats les plus importants: Fassi Fihri cherche à développer une politique linguistique efficace, à savoir la diffusion de la langue. Il cherche également à associer la langue arabe à la langue amazighe dans les utilisations officielles et quotidiennes, et ne craint pas l'étude de la francophonie; Existent encore dans les pays arabes.
