فعالية السياحة البيئية في تحقيق التنمية السياحية المستدامة عرض حالة الحظائر الوطنية في الجزائر

Résumé: يعتبر التوجه للسياحة البيئية نقطة انطلاق سليمة لتحقيق أهداف التنمية السياحية المستدامة، فهي تهدف إلى بلوغ التوازن صحي بين الأهداف الاقتصادية والاجتماعية من جهة والتعامل السليم مع البيئة من جهة أخرى، وذلك من خلال الاستثمار في مشاريع مستقطبة للسياح دون المساس بالتوازن البيئي، وقد تطرقنا في دراستنا إلى واقع السياحة البيئية في الجزائر بالإشارة إلى الحظائر الوطنية ال11 الموزعة على عدة ولايات، وتوصلنا إلى أنها تتمتع بالكثير من المقومات المتميزة التي تجعل الجزائر وجهة سياحية، إلا أنها غير مستغلة استغلالا أمثل وذلك بسبب سوء التسيير بالمرتبة الأولى وتهميش السياحة كمصدر آخر للدخل. Abstract The trend to environmental tourism or ecotourism is considered a solid starting point to achieve sustainable tourism development goals, it aims for a healthy balance between economical, social goals and proper handling of the environment on the other, by investing in tourism attracting project without damaging the environmental balance, shedding in our study, discussed about the reality of ecotourisme in algeria, by refferring to 11 national parks which are distibuted on across of the country We have concluded that it has a lot of distinctive features that make Algeria a tourist destination, however, they are not optimally exploited, due to bad management in the and the negligence of tourism as another income source.
