التحالفات الاستراتيجية كرافعة للنهوض بالقطاع الصيدلاني في الجزائر Strategic Alliances As A Lever For The Advancement Of The Pharmaceutical Sector In Algeria

Résumé: ملخص : تقوم التحالفات الاستراتيجية على الشراكة بين اثنين أو أكثر من المؤسسات من أجل مقاومة المنافسين، أو تقاسم الموارد، أو تبادل المعارف. وقد حاولت هذه الورقة رؤية الموضوع واقعيا باعتماد القطاع الصيدلاني في الجزائر كدراسة حالة نظرا لخصوصيته وحاجته المستمرة للتكنولوجيا والمعارف التي تتيحها له التحالفات الاستراتيجية. فنجد مجمع صيدال، وبيوفارم من المؤسسات التي تبنت المشروع المشترك. و Saidal, PRODIPHAL, LGPA, LABORATOIRE SPIC, من المؤسسات التي تبنت النوع الثاني من التحالفات وهو التعاقد من الباطن. ABSTRACT : Strategic alliances are based on the partnership between two or more organizations in order to resist competitors, share resources, or share knowledge. This paper has attempted to see the issue realistically by adopting the pharmaceutical sector in Algeria as a case study due to its specificity and its constant need for technology and knowledge provided by strategic alliances. We find Saidal Complex and Biopharm among the institutions that have adopted the joint venture. Saidal, PRODIPHAL, LGPA, LABORATOIRE SPIC, are among the institutions that have adopted the second type of alliance, which is subcontracting.
