Résumé: يتعرض الإستثمار في سوق البورصة لمخاطر محتملة، حيث تكون أسعار القيم المنقولة عرضة للإرتفاع والإنخفاض، الأمر الذي يوجب الإطلاع على كافة المعلومات المتوفرة حول الأوراق المالية المتداولة، ولعل المعلومات المالية ذات الجودة العالية لها تأثير مباشر على السوق المالية سواء من جانب التأثير على المستثمرين في إتخاذ القرارات الإستثمارية الملائمة، أو من جهة تأثيرها على الأسعار وحجم التداول. ونظرا للأهمية الكبيرة للمعلومة في مجال البورصة، فقد تدخل المشرع من خلال لجنة تنظيم عمليات البورصة ومراقبتها التي كلفها بمهمة حماية المدخرين عن طريق الإشراف والرقابة على الإعلام الموجه للجمهور. Investment in the stock market is exposed to potential risks, as the prices of the transferred values are likely to rise and fall, which necessitates access to all available information on traded money bills. Therefore financia information of high quality may have a direct impact on financial fundamentals, whether by influencing investors in making appropriate investment decisions or their impact on prices and trading volume. Due to the importance of the information in the field of the stock exchange, the legislator intervened through the committee for the regulation and operation of the stock exchange, which entrusted the task of protecting savers by supervising and controlling the media directed to the public.
