مكافحة جريمة التنمر السيبراني على ضوء القانون رقم 05/20 - جريمة التمييز و خطاب الكراهية نموذجا -

Résumé: تعتعد جريمة التنمر السيبراني من بين جرائم العصر الحديث التي أصبحت لا تشكل خطرا فقط على الحياة الخاصة للفرد ، بل أضحت تشكل تهديدا حقيقا تمس بأمن وإستقرار الدول ، الأمر الذي كان لا بد من التدخل من طرف المشرع الجزائري لإتخاذ كافة الإجراءات والتدابير اللازمة لمكافحة هذه الأخيرة وهو ما نستشفه من خلال القانون رقم 20/05 المتضمن الوقاية من التمييز وخطاب الكراهية وعليه انطلاقا مما سبق سوف نحاول من خلال الورقة البحثية التعرف على هذه الجريمة وعلى الآليات والتدابير القانونية و كذا التقنية التي تبنها المشرع الجزائري لمكافحة الجريمة التمييز وخطاب الكراهية . Abstract: The crime of cyber bullying is among the crimes of the modern era that has become not only a threat to the private life of the individual, but has also become a real threat to the security and stability of countries, which required the intervention of the Algerian legislator to take all necessary procedures and measures to combat the latter, which is find through Law No. 20/05, that includes the prevention of discrimination and hate speech, and accordingly, based on the afore mentioned, we will try through the research paper to identify this crime and the mechanisms and legal measures as well as the technology adopted by the Algerian legislator to combat the crime of discrimination and hate speech.
