دور أنظمة الإنذار المبكر في التنبؤ بالأزمات

Résumé: تهدف دراستنا إلى تسليط الضوء على دور أنظمة الإنذار المبكر في التنبؤ بالأزمات، خصوصا في ظل بيئة تتميز بعدم التأكد. توصلنا من خلال بحثنا إلى مساهمة نظام الإنذار المبكر في التنبؤ بالأزمات وخاصة من خلال تأثير عوامل نظام الإنذار المبكر في إدارة الأزمات، تم اقتراح ضرورة إدراج نظام الإنذار المبكر كخلية مستقلة ضمن الهيكل التنظيمي للمؤسسة وخاصة من خلال ظل التأثيرات السلبية التي عرفها العالم جراء التغير المستمر للبيئة. كلمات مفتاحية: نظام إنذار مبكر؛ إدارة الأزمات؛ تنبؤ؛ مؤسسة اقتصادية. تصنيفاتJEL : G230 ; M15 Abstract: Our study aims to shed light on the role of early warning systems in predicting crises, especially in an environment characterized by uncertainly. Through our research, we found the contribution of the early warning system to crisis management and prediction, especially through the influence of early warning system factors in crisis management. It was suggested that the early warning system should be included as an independent cell within the organizational structure, especially in light of the negative impacts that the world has known as result of the corona crisis.
