تطور مدينة تيهرت في عهد الدولة الرستمية (160-296هـ/776-908م)

Résumé: الملخص : يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على مساهمة الأسرة الرستمية في تطور مدينة تيهرت خلال الفترة الممتدة من سنة 160ه/776م إلى سنة 296ه/908م، وتبيان الدور الجوهري الذي لعبته سياستهم في المنطقة في إحداث تغيرات جذرية شملت مختلف مناحي الحياة العامة، وذلك من خلال مقاربة تاريخية مبنية أساسا على عامل توجه السلطة الرستمية نحو اعتماد سياسة التعايش والتسامح المذهبي، ونبذ سياسة الإقصاء القائمة على التعصب المذهبي والعرقي، كعنصر أساسي في التغير الاجتماعي والتطور الاقتصادي والثقافي الذي امتازت به مدينة تيهرت والدولة الرستمية عموما خلال هذه الفترة، وتوضيح الخلفيات المساهمة في توجه السلطة الرستمية نحو هذه السياسة ونتائجها. Abstract: The research aims to shed light on the contribution of Rostamids dynasty in the development of the city of Tihart during the period from 160 AH / 776 AD to 296 AH / 908 AD, To demonstrate the essential role played by their policy in the region which has brought some changes that have covered various aspects of public life, through a historical approach based primarily on the factor of the orientation of the Rostamids authority towards the adoption of a policy of coexistence and tolerance, as a key element in the social change and economic and cultural development that characterized the city of Tihert during this period, and clarifying the backgrounds contributing to the orientation of the Rostamids authority towards this policy and its results.
