سياسات الدعم الحكومي و أثرها على استدامة الدين العام في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2022

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على أثر سياسة الدعم الحكومي على استدامة الدين العام في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000 -2022، ومن خلال النتائج اتضح لنا أنه بداية من سنة 2015 تسجيل علاقة طردية بين التوسع في سياسة الدعم الحكومي ومؤشر استدامة الدين العام حيث بدا جليا التأثير الذي أحدثته مخصصات الدعم الحكومي على مؤشر استدامة الدين العام حيث بلغ نسبة 64.10% سنة 2021. خلصت الدراسة الى جملة من التوصيات كان أهمها ضرورة اصلاح الدعم من خلال التحول من الدعم العام الى الدعم المستهدف من شأنه أن يصحح موقف استدامة الدين العام . This study aims to highlight the impact of government support policy on the sustainability of public debt in Algeria during the period 2000-2022, Through the results, we found that Beginning in 2015, there was a strong correlation between the expansion of government support policy and the public debt sustainability index. The impact of government subsidy allocations on the public debt sustainability index was clearly shown to be 64.10% in 2021.The study found a number of recommendations, the most important of which was the need to reform support through a shift from public support to target support that would correct Algeria's position on the sustainability of public debt.
