أثر استخدام تطبيقات التسويق السياحي الالكتروني على سلوك المستهلك السائح

Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى إبراز أثر استخدام المستهلك السائح للتطبيقات الالكترونية في التسوق السياحي، وانعكاساتها على سلوكه، من خلال تحديد التطبيقات الالكترونية المستخدمة في السياحة ومدى استجابة المستهلك السائح لها وتأثيرها على قرارات الشراء لديه. أظهرت النتائج المتوصل إليها من تحاليل البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS، أن معامل الارتباط ذو الدلالة الإحصائية عند مستوى المعنوية 0.05 على وجود علاقة موجبة قوية بين المتغيرين، دلالة على أثر تطبيقات التسويق السياحي الالكتروني على سلوك المستهلك السائح. The research aims to highlight the impact of the tourist consumer’s use of electronic applications in tourism shopping, and its repercussions on his behavior, by identifying the electronic applications used in tourism and the extent of the tourist consumer’s response to it and its impact on his purchasing decisions, and evaluating this through the results obtained by relying on the analyzes of the SPSS statistical program, and considering it a safe haven for tourist offers submitted electronically, The statistically significant correlation coefficient at the level of significance of 0.05 also showed a strong positive relationship between the two variables, an indication of the impact of electronic tourism marketing applications of the behavior of the tourist consumer.
