الذكاء الانفعالي وعلاقته بفعالية الذات لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي وفعالية الذات لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني بولاية المسيلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وبلغ حجم العينة في هذه الدراسة ( 56) مستشار ومستشارة للتوجيه المدرسي والمهني وقد أظهرت النتائج المتحصل عليها إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطيه دالة إحصائيا بين الذكاء الانفعالي وفاعلية الذات لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني لولاية المسيلة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة إقامة دورات تدريبية بهدف رفع مستوى الذكاء الانفعالي وفعالية الذات لدى مستشاري التوجيه وإعداد برامج نفسية وإرشادية لتوعيتهم بطرق تنمية دواتهم وذكائهم الانفعالي وتدريبهم على مهاراته. Abstract: The current study, aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy among school and vocational guidance and counseling counsellors in the state of M'silà. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used. The size of the sample in this study was 56 counsellors and counsellors for school and vocational guidance. The results obtained showed that there is a statistically related relationship between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy among school and vocational guidance and counselling counsellors in the state of M'silà The study recommended many recommendations, the most important of which are the need to establish training courses with the aim of raising the level of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy among guidance counsellors and to prepare psychological and guidance programs to raise their awareness of ways to develop their emotional functions and intelligence and train them in their skills.
