المحاسبة التحليلية كأداة لمراقبة التسيير وإتخاذ القرار دراسة حالة مؤسسة نفطال "وحدة الزفت عين صالح" *خلال سنة 2018*
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المحاسبة التحليلية كأداة لمراقبة التسيير في إتخاذ القرار بالمؤسسات الإقتصادية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وذلك من خلال دراسة حالة مؤسسة نفطال "وحدة الزفت عين صالح". وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة تستخدم أسلوب التكاليف الكلية الإجمالية ، حيث أن هذه الطريقة بطيئة في الحصول على المعلومات، وتتناقض مع حاجة المسير لسرعة الحصول على المعلومة في إتخاذ القرار في الوقت المناسب؛ لذلك أصبح من الضروري على المؤسسة أن تتجه للطرق الحديثة لحساب التكاليف، وهذه الأخيرة تسمح بتوفير المعلومة بصفة سريعة ، لتكون حاضرة لخدمة المسير و أصحاب القرار في الوقت المناسب The aim of this study is to highlight the role of analytical accounting as a tool to monitor management in decision-making in economic institutions. The study concluded that the institution uses the overall total cost method, as this method is slow in obtaining information, and contradicts the need for the path of the rapid access to information in decision-making in a timely manner; The latter allows the provision of information quickly, to be present to serve the manager and decision-makers in a timely manner.
