الادارة الالكترونية ودورها في استقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي في الجزائر " المنصة الرقمية أنموذجا"

Résumé: تعتبر المنصة الرقمية صورة من صور الادارة الالكترونية، فهي أداة فعالة لتسهيل كل الإجراءات الخاصة بالاستثمار، وهي بوابة حقيقية للترويج للاستثمار وجلبه، كما أنها تعمل على تذليل العقبات وتسهيل التواصل لاستعادة الثقة بين الادارة والمستثمر وتقويتها من جهة، وتهدف الى تعزيز الشفافية ومكافحة البيروقراطية وتحسين المناخ الاستثماري و بيئة الأعمال من جهة أخرى وتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الوقوف على مفاهيم مصطلحات الموضوع من جهة وتحديد أهم الأحكام التي أقرها المشرع الجزائري والمتعلقة المنصة الرقمية باعتبارها النموذج الأمثل لرقمنة الإدارة. As a manifestation of e-governance, the digital platform is deemed an effective tool for facilitating all investment-related procedures, serving as a genuine gateway for investment promotion and attraction. Moreover, this platform works towards removing barriers and facilitating communication to restore and fortify trust between the administration and investors, as its primary aim is to enhance transparency, combat bureaucracy, and improve the investment climate and the overall business environment This research paper aims to stand on the concepts of subject terminology on the one hand and to identify the most important provisions approved by the Algerian legislator related to the digital platform as the ideal model for the digitization of management.
