إخطار سلطات الضبط الاقتصادي في مجال المنافسة

Résumé: تباشر سلطات الضبط الاقتصادي وعلى رأسها مجلس المنافسة صلاحياتها في مجال قمع الممارسات الماسة بحرية المنافسة والفصل في طلبات الترخيص بالتجميعات الاقتصادية، بعد إخطارها من طرف الأشخاص المؤهلين قانونا، لتنتهي الإجراءات بإّصدار قرارات تتضمن توقيع الجزاءات المناسبة لكل حالة من الحالات، حيث يعد الإخطار إجراء جوهريا لمتباعة التجاوزات الخاصة بالمنافسة سواء فيما يتعلق بمجلس المنافسة سلطة الضبط العام في هذا المجال أو سلطات الضبط القطاعية التي لها صلاحيات في مجال حماية المنافسة وفقا لنصوصها التأسيسية، وهو ما ستتناوله هذه الدراسة بالتوضيح والتحليل. Abstract: The economic control authorities, which is led by the concurrence Council, exercise their powers in the field of suppressing practices affecting freedom of concurrence and adjudicating applications for licensing economic groupings, after notifying them by legally qualified persons. Concurrence abuses, whether with the regard to the concurrence Council, the general control authority in this field, or the sectoral control authorities that have powers in the field of concurrence protection in accordance with their founding texts, and this is what the study will be highlighted in this study with clarification and analysis.
