واقع الحملات الانتخابية في فضاء التواصل الاجتماعي -دراسة حالة الجزائر- The Reality Of Election Campaigns On Social Media - Case Of Algeria

Résumé: أصبحت وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي جزءا لا يتجزأ من المجتمع الحديث، فهي بمثابة منصات لنشر الكلمات والتعبئة والمشاركة، ومع زيادة استخدام الإنترنت من قبل المواطنين، أصبحت منصات التواصل مثل فيسبوك وتويتر ويوتيوب، من بين منصات التواصل الاجتماعي الأخرى، تحظى بشعبية على شبكة الإنترنت، وقد كان لهذه المنصات أثر على العملية السياسية، وبالنسبة للاتصال السياسي فإن توفير المعلومات والاتصال والمشاركات بين الأحزاب السياسية والناخبين وتوافرها يشكل جزءا أساسيا من العملية الديمقراطية. والجزائر كغيرها من ديمقراطيات العالم شهدت ولوج وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في استراتيجيات الحملات الانتخابية، حيث مع الانتخابات الرئاسية لسنة 2014 تم توظيف وسائل التواصل كأداة اتصالية هامة في الحملات الانتخابية للمرشحين، موازاة ما ذلك فقد برز دور هذه الوسائل في الأحداث السياسية بالبلاد لا سيما خلال الحراك الشعبي في 2019. With the increased use of the Internet by citizens, communication platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, among other platforms, have become popular on the Internet, and have had an impact on the political process. In political communication, the provision and availability of information, communication, and participation between political parties and voters is an essential part of the democratic process. Algeria, like other democracies in the world, has known social media access to campaign strategies. With the 2014 presidential election, social media used as an important communication tool in candidates' campaigns.
