Résumé: ـ هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على ممارسة الانشطة الترويحية الرياضية بالجامعات السودانية (جامعة النيلين كنموذج ) . ـ استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفى ـ العينة ـ عينة عشوائية (100) طالب . المعالجات الاحصائية النسبة المئوية . ـ استخدم الباحث الاستبانة أداة لجمع المعلومات . ـ أهم النتائج : ـ لا توجد أنشطة ترويحية مفعلة بالجامعة ـ الأوقات غير مناسبة لممارسة النشاط الترويحي ـ توجد أماكن لممارسة الأنشطة الترويحية. ـ توجد ادوات تساعد في النشاط الترويحي. ـ والتوصيات أهمها : ـ يوصي الباحث المهتمين بالنشاط الرياضي بالجامعي بضرورة وجود كادر مؤهل علميا وعمليا في مجال تخصصه لإدارة النشاط الرياضي. ـ يجب علي أدارة الجامعة توفير الأدوات الرياضية والميادين لممارسة النشاط الرياضي بالجامعة. ـ الكلمات الدالة : وقت الفراغ ، النشاط ، الطلاب . Abstract : The research aimed at identifying sport related recreational activities in the Sudanese universities (Neeleen university as a model) students. The researcher had used the descriptive methodology approach, and a sample size of 100 students by questionnaire as the tool to collect the information and statistical analysis methods used. The most important results were: 1. No sport related recreational activities were actually implemented the university 2. Times were not suitable for practicing sport related recreational activities. There are no places for practicing sport related recreational activities .5.There are no tools to help in practicing sport related recreational activities. And recommendations, including: 1. The researcher recommended that more emphasis on the importance of the presence of a scientifically & practically qualified team for managing the sport related activities. 2. University administration should provide the tools and sports fields for physical activity at the university. Key words: students, free time, activity
