أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر -دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة (1990-2015) -

Résumé: لقد كان الهدف من القيام بهذه الدراسة هو معرفة تأثير تقلبات أسعار النفط على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر و ذلك من خلال دراسة العلاقة السببية بين متغيري الدراسة خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1990-2015،باستخدام النماذج القياسية "أسلوب التكامل المشترك، سببية جرانجر، وكذا نموذج تصحيح الخطأ" وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة سببية في الأجلين الطويل والقصير في اتجاه واحد، حيث ينعكس أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على معدلات النمو الاقتصادي بالجزائر، حيث يرتبط النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر ارتباط مباشر وقوي بمستوى أسعار النفط وهذا يعكس تبعية الاقتصاد الجزائري للعوائد النفطية، في حين يلاحظ انعدام علاقة سببية من النمو الاقتصادي الى النفط حيث لا تتأثر أسعار النفط بمعدلات النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر مهما كانت درجة تقلب هذه المعدلات Abstract: The purpose behind this study is to determine the impact of fluctuations in oil prices on the economic growth in Algeria, through the study of the causal relationship between the variables of the study during the period 1990-2015, using the measuring models “integration method, Granger’s causality, as well as error correction model”. The study results indicated that there is a causal relationship in the long and short term in one direction, which reflected the impact of fluctuations in oil prices on economic growth in Algeria, in that the economic growth in Algeria is linked directly and strongly with the level of oil prices. This reflects the subordination of the Algerian economy to the oil revenues. The lack of a causal relationship between economic growth and oil is noticed in that oil prices are not affected by the economic growth rates in Algeria, whatever the degree of volatility of these rates.
