تفسير العلاقة بين المتغيرات النقدية ومعدل البطالة: دراسة قياسية باستخدام نماذج البانل على عينة من الدول العربية خلال الفترة 1991-2020

Résumé: تعرض هذه الدراسة تفسير أثر كل من معدل التضخم وحجم المعروض النقدي وسعر الصرف الإسمي كمتغيرات مستقلة على المتغير التابع معدل البطالة خلال الفترة الزمنية الممتدة بين 1991-2020 بالاعتماد على نماذج البانل لاقتصاديات بعض من الدول العربية: الجزائر، المغرب، تونس، مصر، ليبيا، السودان، وجيبوتي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كل من حجم المعروض النقدي وسعر الصرف الإسمي من جهة ومعدل البطالة من جهة أخرى، أي كلما ارتفع سعر الصرف الإسمي وزاد حجم المعروض النقدي انخفض معدل البطالة، أما بالنسبة لمعدل التضخم فلم تكن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية تجمعه بمعدل البطالة، وهذا يعني وجود بطالة هيكلية تتميز بها هذه الاقتصاديات This study explained the impact of the inflation rate, the volume of the money supply and the exchange rate as independent variables on the dépendent variable rate of unemployment during the period 1991-2020 based on the panel models of the economies of some of the Arab States: Algeria, Morocco, Egypt, Tunisia, Libya, Sudan and Djibouti. The study found a statistically significant inverse relationship between both the volume of the money supply and the exchange rate on the one hand and the unemployment rate on the other; in short, the higher the exchange rate and the larger the money supply, the lower the unemployment rate. As for the inflation rate, There was no statistically significant correlation with the unemployment rate, which meant that there was unemployment under the structure of these economies
