الريادة النسوية في الجزائر: بين الواقع و الطموح دراسة استكشافية

Résumé: تهدف هده الورقة البحثية الى تسليط الضوء على أهمية المقاولة النسوية في النسيج الاقتصادي الجزائري و هذا من خلال إبراز قدرات النساء المقاولات ،خلق مناصب الشغل،دوافع إنشاء المؤسسات وأهم العقبات والتحديات التي تكبح تطور أعمالهن الاقتصادية ،قمنا من خلال هذا العمل بإجراء دراسة ميدانية عن طريق توزيع استبيان على 80 مقاولة في بعض ولايات الغرب الجزائري ، استرجع منها 50 استبانة قابلة للتحليل. خلصت الدراسة الميدانية الى جملة من النتائج أهمها: تتميز المرأة المقاولة بحب الانجاز و الرغبة في تحقيق الذات الأمر الذي جعلها تنشئ مؤسستها الخاصة، مازالت المرأة الريادية تعاني من هيمنة الرجل في كل المجالات . هناك ضغط اجتماعي نسبي يعوق ممارسة المرأة المقاولة لنشاطها الاقتصادي تحت غطاء العادات و التقاليد . The purpose of this paper is to highlight the importance of women’s entrepreneurship in the Algerian economic sector by showing the capacities of women entrepreneurs, creating jobs, the motives for establishing institutions and the most important obstacles and challenges that inhibit the development of their economic activities. In this work, we conducted a field study by distributing a questionnaire to 80 companies in some western states of Algeria, from which 50 questionable samples were retrieved. The field study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: Women are characterized by the love of achievement and the desire to achieve self, which made them establish their own institution; the leading women still suffer from the dominance of men in all fields. There is a relative social pressure that hampers the practice of women entrepreneurs for their economic activity under the guise of customs and traditions.
