حوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي كآلية لتعزيز التعليم الإلكتروني

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على المفاهيم الأساسية للذكاء الاصطناعي والتعليم الالكتروني، من خلال تحديد مفاهيم دقيقة لكلا المتغيرين ومعرفة مبادئ حوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي، ومختلف المبادئ التوجيهية والأطر التي تجسد المفهوم الفعلي للحوكمة التي بدورها تحدد أفضل الممارسات والتطبيقات القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي واستخدامها بالشكل المناسب الذي يخدم أهداف التعليم الإلكتروني. من خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى أنه لا يوجد إجماع أو توافق حول المبادئ الحوكمية للذكاء الاصطناعي، وهي غير ملزمة، هذا من جهة ومن جهة أخرى تعد تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي المستخدمة في مجال التعليم الكتروني أحد الحلول التي اضفت جوانب ايجابية عدة مكنت المؤسسات والجامعات والهيئات التعليمية من الارتقاء بالتعليم من حالته التقليديةإلى تعليم ذكي يستخدم أحدث التقنيات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي مع مراعاة الشفافية، المساءلة، الخصوصية والأمن...إلخ من مبادئ وخصائص الحوكمة This study aims to shed light on the basic concepts of artificial intelligence and e-learning, by defining accurate concepts for both variables and knowing the principles of artificial intelligence governance, and the various guidelines and frameworks that embody the actual concept of governance, which in turn defines the best practices and applications based on artificial intelligence and their appropriate use. Serves the objectives of e-learning. Through this study, we concluded that there is no consensus or consensus on the governmental principles of artificial intelligence, which are non-binding.
