الفكر المقاولاتي لدى خريجي الجامعات في مناطق الهضاب العليا "ولاية البيض أنموذجا"

Résumé: يسعى الباحثان من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة الفكر المقاولاتي عند الشباب خريجي الجامعات في مناطق الهضاب العليا ومحاولة الاجابة على الاشكالية التالية: هل يمتلك الشباب خريجوا الجامعات في ولاية البيض مقومات الفكر المقاولاتي ؟ حيث قاما الباحثان بدراسة استقصائية لعينة مكونة من 200 من الشباب حاملي الشهادات الجامعية على مستوى ولاية البيض وذلك من خلال بناء استمارة تتكون من 39 عبارة وقمنا بمعالجتها باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي spss v20،اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على 3 مقومات رئيسية للفكر المقاولاتي والمتمثلة في مهارات ومؤهلات المقاول (بما فيها الخصائص الشخصية والسلوكية والإدارية للمقاول) ،الثقافة المقاولاتية (وتشمل كل من الخلفية العائلية والمحيط الاجتماعي) ،التعليم المقاولاتي في الجامعة خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى نتيجة أساسية وهي أن خريجو الجامعات في ولاية البيض يمتلكون مقومات الفكر المقاولاتي من وجهة نظرهم . الكلمات المفتاحية:الفكر المقاولاتي ،خريجو الجامعات ،مهارات ومؤهلات المقاول ،الثقافة المقاولاتية ،التعليم المقاولاتي ،ولاية البيض. تصنيف jel: M13,M12,M14,L26 In this paper the researchers seek to study the entrepreneurial thinking of university graduates in high plateaus region,and trying to answer the following problem:do young university graduates in el bayadh havethe components of the entrepreneurial thinking ,where the researchers conducted a survey of a sample of 200 undergraduates in el-Bayadh ,we use a questionnaire consisting of 39 statements and we processesd them with spss v20. In this study we relied on 3 main components of the entrepreneurial thinking, represented in The skills and qualifications of the enterpreneur (including the personal, behavioral and administrative characteristics of the enterpreneur), the entrepreneurial culture (including both the family background and the social environment), the entrepreneurial education at the university. This study concluded with the main conclusion that university graduates in El Bayadh state possess the components of the entrepreneurial thinking from their point of view.
