توطين إدارة المعرفة من خلال الأنماط القيادية الفعالة دراسة إستطلاعية للقطاع المصرفي لولاية الأغواط

Résumé: استهدفت الدراسة 37موظفا في الإدارة العليا للبنوك العمومية الستة ما بين (مدير ، نائب مدير ، رئيس مصلحة ،رئيس فرع ) ، حيث تم توزيع الاستبانة التي تحتوي على جزئين، الجزء الأول يتعلق بالقيادة التحويلية و ما مدى وجودها داخل هذه البنوك من خلال أربع أبعاد ، و خصص الجزء الثاني للتعرف على مدى وجود عمليات إدارة المعرفة من خلال أربع أبعاد .وقد أفرزت نتائج التحليل الإحصائية عن مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها : 1. توجد ملامح لعمليات إدارة المعرفة مثل التخزين وتوزيع المعرفة. 2. توجد ملامح للقيادة التحويلية داخل القطاع المصرفي لولاية الأغواط مثل: الاهتمام الفردي. 3. توجد علاقة إيجابية بين بعد الاهتمام الفردي مع تخزين المعرفة داخل القطاع المصرفي لولاية الأغواط. 4. توجد علاقة إيجابية بين بعد الاهتمام الفردي مع توزيع المعرفة داخل القطاع المصرفي لولاية الأغواط Abstract The study aimed at 37 employees in the top management of the six public banks;The questionnaire was divided into two parts. The first part relates to the transformational leadership and the extent of its existence within these banks through four dimensions, And the second part was devoted to identifying the existence of knowledge management processes through four dimensions as well. The results of the statistical analysis revealed a set of results, the most important of which are: 1. There are some knowledge management Operations such as storage and knowledge distribution 2. There are features of transformational leadership within the banking sector of the province of Laghouat, such as: individual attention. 3. There is a positive relationship between the dimension of individual attention and storage of knowledge within the banking sector of Laghouat. 4. There is a positive relationship between the individual interest dimension and the distribution of knowledge within the banking sector of Laghouat
