أثر جائجة كوفيد على أداء الأسواق المالية العالمية

Résumé: " تهــــدف هــاتـــه المذكـــــــرة إلى دراســــة أثـــــر جائحــــة كوفيد 19 على أداء الأســـواق الـمـالــيـــة العالمـية وتحديــدا السـوق المالـي للولايـــــات المتحـــدة الأمـريكـيــة متمثلا في بورصـــة نيويــورك والســـوق الـمـالــي اليابـــانـي متمثلا في بورصة طوكيـــــو، وقـــد استخدمنا فيها لتقديـــــر النموذجيـن الرياضييــن المرتبطيــن بأداء الســـوقــيـــن الـمـاليـيــــن طــريـقـــــــة المربعات الصغـــرى ذات التغيــــرات الهيكليــــة Least Squares with Breaks ، وهــــذا خـــــلال الـفـتـــــرة الزمنية الممتدة من: 03/01/2020 الى غاية: 14/04/2022. وقد خلصنا في نهاية هذه الدراسة إلى وجود أثر سلبي للجائحة على أداء الأسواق المالية في الموجة الأولى على كل من السوق الياباني وسوق الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، في حين أنه ابتداء من الموجة الثالثة كان هناك أثر إيجابي، ويرجع ذلك إلى حزم السياسات الاقتصادية المتبعة من طرف الحكومات وكذلك اكتشاف اللقاحات وتوسع استخدامها وزوال حالة الهلع لدى الأفراد وفي الأسواق. ""Abstract: This dissertation aims to study the effect on Covid 19 on the performance of the global financial markets, especially, the American stock market in New York and the Japanese Tokyo stock market. To do so, we have used two mathematical models connected to these two stock markets for the assessment through the method of ""Least Square with Breaks"" during the period of time from 03/01/2020 at the end of the study, we have concluded that the first wave of Covid 19 has negative effects on the stock market, while from the beginning of the third wave of Covid 19 there was a positive effects on the stock markets due to rigid economic policies followed by the governments, in addition to that the discovery of vaccines and their wide spread usage and the demise of the panic conditions among people working in the stock market,"
