آليات حماية البيئة في ظل التجارة الدولية ودورها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة
Résumé: : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية آليات حماية البيئة في ظل التجارة الدولية ودورها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. قدمت الورقة أهم طبيعة العلاقة بين التجارة الدولية وحماية البيئة؛ استعرضت الدراسة أيضا الآثار المتبادلة بين قواعد التجارة الدولية وحماية البيئة، وأهم الآليات والمعايير والاشتراطات المطبقة التي تضعها الدول خاصة المتقدمة منها لحماية البيئة؛ وأخيرا أبرزت الدراسة آليات حماية البيئة في ظل التجارة الدولية من خلال إدماج البعد البيئي ضمن النظام التجاري الدولي. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the importance of environmental protection mechanisms in light of international trade and their role in achieving sustainable development. The paper presented the most important nature of the relationship between international trade and the protection of the environment; the study also reviewed the mutual effects between the rules of international trade and environmental protection, the most important mechanisms, standards and requirements applied by the developed countries, especially the ones to protect the environment; The environmental dimension within the international trading system.
