النظام القانوني لشبابيك الصيرفة الإسلامية في القطاع المصرفي الجزائري دراسة على ضوء النظام 20-02

Résumé: تعبر شبابيك الصيرفة الإسلامية في البنوك والمؤسسات المالية عن تحول هذه البنوك والمؤسسات المالية الجزئي نحو ممارسة العمليات البنكية المتعلقة بالصيرفة الاسلامية، الى جانب ممارستها لعملياتها البنكية الربوية او التقليدية، مع ضمان استقلالية هذه الشبابيك ماليا ومحاسبيا عن باقي الهياكل الأخرى للبنك او المؤسسة المالية، ولقد اقر العمل بهذه الشبابيك لأول مرة في الجزائر في ظل النظام 18-02 والذي الغي بموجب النظام 20-02، هذا الاخير الذي استبقى على شبابيك الصيرفة الإسلامية كألية لتعزيز ممارسة العمليات البنكية المتعلقة بالصيرفة الإسلامية. Islamic banking windows in banks and financial institutions express the partial transformation of these banks and financial institutions towards practicing banking operations related to Islamic banking, in addition to practicing their usurious or traditional banking operations while ensuring the financial and accounting independence of these windows from the rest of the other structures of the bank or financial institution. Working with these windows for the first time in Algeria under the 18-02 system, which was abolished under the 20-02 system, the latter which retained the Islamic banking windows as a mechanism to enhance the practice of banking operations related to Islamic banking.
