The Poultry Sector And Its Contribution To Local Development In The Bejaia Region
Résumé: Agriculture remains an important economic lever among other levers that can play an effective role in improving the living conditions of the population in Algeria. In this article, we illustrate the example of the modernization of the poultry sector and its contributions to local socioeconomic development in the Bejaia region. Our results confirm that the modernization of the poultry sector has played a considerable role in local development, particularly in terms of job creation, value added and the development of rural areas.
