العلاقة بين أبعاد الحوكمة والنمو الاقتصادي: تشخيص الإطار المؤسسي في الدول العربية

Résumé: تؤكد نظريات النمو الجديدة على مدى أهمية كل من الحوكمة الجيدة وجودة المؤسسات لتحقيق النمو الاقتصادي المستدام، تبحث هذه الدراسة في تأثير أبعاد الحوكمة على النمو الاقتصادي من خلال تشخيص الإطار المؤسسي للدول العربية وربطها بمؤشرات الحوكمة العالمية لسنة 2016، أظهرت النتائج أن ضعف الأداء الاقتصادي في الدول العربية راجع إلى فشل هذه الدول في تحقيق الحوكمة بسبب ضعف إطارها المؤسسي، كما تشير النتائج أنه لا يمكن الوصول إلى الحوكمة جيدة والنمو الاقتصادي المستدام إلا من خلال تكامل دور الدولة والقطاع الخاص والمجتمع المدني التي تمثل الأبعاد الأساسية للحوكمة الجيدة. Abstract According to new growth theories, good governance and the quality of institutions are important determinants of sustainable economic growth. In order to study the relationship between the dimensions of governance and economic growth in Arab countries, we diagnosed their institutional framework and we linked it to the global governance indicators for the year 2016 .While the failure of these countries is due to the weakness of their institutional framework due to the lack of integration of the roles of the State, the private sector and civil society, which represent the fundamental dimensions of good governance
