دراسة تحليلية لواقع الامن الغذائي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2015 - 2022

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر، من خلال إبراز أهم الموارد الطبيعية التي تمتلكها سواء من مساحات زراعية شاسعة أو ثروات حيوانية، إضافة إلى تحليل المتوفر من الغذاء خلال فترة الدراسة، وهذا للوقوف على الإمكانيات التي تزخر بها الجزائر والتي تسمح لها بتحقيق الأمن الغذائي، إلى جانب إعطاء لمحة عن مؤشر الأمن الغذائي العالمي لسنة 2022 وإبراز أهم مرتكزاته، وتحليل مؤشر الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر من خلال تحليل مختلف أبعاده. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى كون الجزائر لا تزال بعيدة عن هدفها في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي فبالرغم من الجهود المبذولة والمؤشرات الإيجابية إلا أنها لا تزال تعتمد بشكل كبير على الواردات لتغطية احتياجات سكانها، لهذا فإنه لابد من تطوير قطاع الزراعة وبالأخص تقنيات الري وذلك لمواجهة أهم عقبة وهي شح الموارد المائية، إلى جانب الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد المتاحة. This study aimed to spotlight the real situation of the food security in Algeria, through highlighting the most important natural resources it possesses, whether from vast agricultural landscapes or animal resources, in addition to analyzing the availability of food during the study period, and this is to articulate the capabilities, that Algeria abounds with, Which allows it to achieve food security, in addition to giving an overview of the global food security index for the year 2022 and highlighting its most crucial foundations, and analyzing the food security index in Algeria through an analysis of its various dimensions. This study concluded that Algeria is still far from its goal of achieving food security, despite the efforts made and positive indicators, it still relies heavily on imports to cover the needs of its population. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the agricultural sector, especially irrigation techniques, in order to confront the most important obstacle, which is the scarcity of water resources, in addition to making optimal use of the available resources.
