Résumé: الملخص : لقد سعينا من خلال هذا البحث الكشف عن الابعاد الثقافية والدينية وتجلياتها على نمط بناء السكنات الفردية لسكان الحي الشعبي الجديد ، ومعرفة مدى نجاح اسقاط نموذج العمارة الغربية على السكن في الصحراء ومقاومتهم له من خلال المنظومة العمرانية الصحراوية الجديدة ، مع مراعاة الجانب الثقافي للإنسان وتكوينه في محيطه السكني حيث تم طرح التساؤلات التالية : - مالابعاد التي تتحكم في بناء السكن بالصحراء ؟ - ما هي أبرز العوامل المؤثرة على نمط السكنات الفردية في الأحياء الشعبية بولاية ورقلة ؟ - ما الهدف من خلق نمط خاص من السكنات ؟ نتائج الدراسة :هناك تأثر بارز في بناء السكنات في الأحياء الشعبية الجديدة والتي تخضع لثقافة وذهنية ساكني الحي ، حيث تعكس ملامح السكن ثقافة المجتمع المحلي الذي يبني هذا النمط وفق لسماته وسلوكياته وقيمه الموروثة حيث يعتبر السكن موروث ثقافي هوياتي ونراه ينتقل بين هذه الفئة من فرد لأخر ويعتبر كرمز من رموز الانتماء الثقافي المحلي الذي فرضته تعاملات الأفراد وفق طبيعتهم الصحراوية ومعيشتهم المحلية . Abstract We have studied through this research the extent of manifestations of popular culture on the model of building individual housing for the inhabitants of the new popular city’s and try to know the extent of dropping the Western architecture model on the desert housing with taking into account the cultural aspect of human beings and his composition in the residential environment based on the following questions - What are the main factors affecting the pattern of individual dwellings in the popular city’s of Ouargla?, What is the object of creating a special type of individual housing ?. The results of the study: There is a big significant effect in the construction of housing in the new popular neighborhoods, which are reflect the culture and mentality of the inhabitants of the popular city’s, where housing features reflect the culture of the local community, which builds this pattern according to its characteristics, behaviors and inherited values It is considered as a symbol of local cultural affiliation imposed by the dealings of individuals according to their desert nature and local living..
