The Contribution Of The Green Economy To Achieving The Dimensions Of Sustainable Development In Algeria In The Period (2015-2023)

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مساهمة الاقتصاد الأخضر في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، وذلك اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تقييم مؤشر الأداء البيئي (EPI)، ومؤشرات التنمية المستدامة، خلال عدة سنوات في الفترة الممتدة ما بين سنتي (2015-2023)، وتوصلنا إلى أن الجزائر سجلت أداء سيئا بالنسبة لمؤشر الأداء البيئي، والذي انعكس سلبا على أدائها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من حيث البعد البيئي، في حين حققت أداء جيدا من حيث البعد الاقتصادي، وكذلك من حيث البعد الاجتماعي، مما يعني أن الاقتصاد الأخضر قد ساهم بشكل سيئ في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال البعد البيئي في الجزائر، ولم يساهم في تحقيق البعدين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، وعليه نوصي بضرورة بذل الجزائر للمزيد من الجهود الرامية إلى تحسين أدائها البيئي، عن طريق وضع إستراتيجية وطنية شاملة، تدعم مختلف قطاعات الاقتصاد الأخضر من أجل تعزيز دوره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. Abstract: This research aims to identify the contribution of the green economy to achieving the dimensions of sustainable development in Algeria, based on the descriptive analytical approach, By evaluating of (EPI), and sustainable development indicators in the period (2015-2023), We concluded that Algeria recorded a poor performance in terms of the (EPI), Which has been negative for them performance in terms of the environmental dimension, While it has performed well in terms of both the economic dimension and social dimension, meaning that the green economy had only a small contribution to achieving one environmental dimension, and did not contribute to the realization of the economic and social dimension. We therefore recommend that Algeria make more efforts to improve its environmental performance, By developing a comprehensive national strategy, that supports the different sectors of the green economy in order to strengthen its role in achieving sustainable development.
