أدوات مراقبة التسيير ودورها في استدامة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دراسة حالة

Résumé: الملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور أدوات مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة باعتبار أن المؤسسات هي العمود الفقري للاقتصاد الوطني لأي دولة كانت . وعليه حاولنا في هذه الدراسة معالجة الإشكالية التالية: ما دور مراقبة التسيير بصفة عامة وأدوات مراقبة التسيير بصفة خاصة في التأثير على استدامة المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة ؟ و للإجابة على هذه الإشكالية قمنا باستخدام بعض الأدوات المستعملة في البحث حيث اعتمدنا في دراستنا على طرح استبيان لدى عينة من العمال و عمل مقابلة مع مكتب مراقبة التسيير بمؤسسة Giplait تلمسان . و لقد توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج نذكر منها أن أداة مراقبة التسيير المستخدمة في المؤسسة ملائمة لاحتياجاتها و إلى أن لابد من توفر مراقبة التسيير داخل المؤسسات نظرا لدورها الفعال في استدامة المؤسسات . من أجل تحليل بيانات الاستبيان استخدمنا برنامج Spss حيث قمنا باستخراج بيانات إحصائية و وصفية من أجل التوصل إلى حل إشكالية الدراسة . خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة توعية مسيري المؤسسات و العمال بأهمية تطبيق أدوات مراقبة التسيير و لا بد من توفرها كضرورة حتمية . Summary : The study aimed to highlight the role of management control tools in small and medium enterprises, considering that institutions are the backbone of the national economy of any country. Accordingly, we tried in this study to address the following problem: What is the role of management control in general and management control tools in particular in influencing the sustainability of small and medium enterprises? In order to answer this problem, we used some of the tools used in the research. In our study, we relied on a questionnaire for a sample of workers and an interview with the management control office at the Giplait Foundation, Tlemcen. And we have reached several results, including that the management control tool used in the institution is appropriate to its needs and that it is necessary to provide management control within the institutions due to its effective role in the sustainability of institutions. In order to analyze the questionnaire data, we used the Spss program, where we extracted statistical and descriptive data in order to reach a solution to the problem of the study. The study concluded that it is necessary to educate the managers of institutions and workers of the importance of applying management control tools, and they must be available as an absolute necessity.
