انعكاس الخيانة الزوجية على الضحية دراسة حالة لعينة من الزوجات بولاية بشار - الجزائر-

Résumé: نحاول من خلال الدراسة الحالية البحث والتعمق في ظاهرة الخيانة الزوجية من منظور الزوجات الضحايا، من حيث أنهن طرف متضرر ووقع عليهن الفعل الإجرامي، في محاولة منا تسليط الضوء على أكثر المواضيع التي أصبحت تمس الأزواج وتهدد استقرارهم الأسري إذا ما اعتل أفرادها، وتنعكس على المجتمع إذا ما تفشت فيه. يعالج موضوع بحثنا الظاهرة من حيث طبيعة هذه الجريمة وماهية الضحية فيها، ورصد بعض الأسباب في وقوعها، وكيفية اكتشاف الزوجة للخيانة والآثار الناجمة عن اكتشافها باعتبارها الطرف الأضعف في هذا النوع من الجرائم الواقعة داخل النظام الأسري، خلصت الدراسة لبعض النتائج منها أن وقوع حدث الخيانة له ضرر بالغ على الزوجة من الناحية النفسية والمعنوية وعلى مستوى علاقتها الأسرية ككل، وتعتبر الخيانة من الظواهر السلبية من حيث مظاهرها ومن حيث انعكاسها أخلاقيا ونفسيا واجتماعيا. Through our current study, we try to research and delve deeper into the phenomenon of marital betrayal from the perspective of the victims’ wives, that they are an aggrieved party and the criminal act has fallen on them, in attempt to shed light on the most issues that affect husbands and threaten their family stability if their members become ill, and are reflected on society If it spreads The topic of our research deals with the phenomenon in terms of the nature of this crime and the nature of the victim in it, and monitoring some of the reasons for its occurrence, and how the wife discovers betrayal also the effects resulting from her discovery as the weakest party in this type of crimes within the family system, the study concluded some of the results of it for the occurrence of marital betrayal serious harm to the wife psychologically and morally and at the level of her family relationship as a whole, the betrayal is a negative phenomenon in terms of its manifestations and in terms of its moral, psychological and social repercussions.
