Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز إحدى التجارب الرائدة عالميا في تقوية وتعزيز بنيتها التحتية من خلال الاعتماد على الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص، وهي كندا، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التجربة الكندية في مجال البنى التحتية من أنجح التجارب العالمية بحيث ساهمة الشراكة في انجاز الكثير من البنى التحتية العمومية وتحسينها، وتحقيق الأهداف التنموية المسطرة، بقيام مختلف مستوياتها الحكومية (المقاطعات، الأقاليم، البلديات) بإبرام صفقات مع القطاع الخاص تسمح بإنجاز وتحديث البنى التحتية، وتحسين نوعية الخدمة، فتعتبر كندا من الدول المتقدمة في مجال هذه الشراكة من حيث حجم الاستثمارات من جهة، وقوة وفعالية البنى التحتية المقامة من ناحية أخرى.
