أخلاقيات المهنة الصحفية بين المفهوم والممارسة مقاربة نظرية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم توصيف لأخلاقيات المهنة الصحفية التي ورصد أنواعها وخصائصها وأهم المواثيق الإعلامية المتفق عليها. كما تهدف إلى تبيين مدى تطبيق هذه المواثيق الأخلاقية في جل المجتمعات العالمية من خلال رصد تطورها وارتباطها بالسياقات الاتصالية والثقافية والسياسية في المجتمعات التي ظهرت فيها ومدى التزام هذه الأخيرة معها كميثاق شرف يمكن للإعلاميين أن يستندوا إليها في تفسير الظاهرة الاتصالية. This study aims to provide a description of the ethics of the journalistic profession, and to monitor its types and characteristics, and the most important agreed media conventions. It also aims to show the extent to which these ethical charters are applied in most global societies by monitoring their development and their connection to the communicative, cultural and political contexts in the societies in which they appeared and the extent of the latter's commitment to them as a code of honor that media professionals can rely on in explaining the communicative phenomenon.
