تقييم أداء القطاع البنكي الجزائري في ظل الإصلاحات البنكية الجزائرية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقييم أثر الإصلاحات البنكية على أداء القطاع البنكي في الجزائر، من خلال تحليل مؤشرات الأداء على المستوى الكلي المتمثلة في حجم النشاط ومؤشرات نمو ودرجة استقرار هذا القطاع. وخلصت الدراسة أن هناك تحسنا في أداء القطاع البنكي الجزائري، بيد ان ذلك كان نتيجة لظروف الرخاء الاقتصادي الذي عرفته الجزائر منذ 2001، وليس نابعا من إصلاحات مالية جذرية؛ إذ لا تزال البنوك تفتقر إلى أنجع السبل في اجتذاب الودائع. Abstract : The objective of this study is to assess the impact of banking reforms on the performance of the banking sector in Algeria by analyzing performance indicators at the macro level of the activity volume, growth indicators and degree of stability of the sector. The study found an improvement in the performance of the Algerian banking sector. This issue was the result of Algeria's economic prosperity since 2001 and not driven by drastic financial reforms. In this context, banks are still lacking the most efficient ways to attract deposits.
