التقنيات المالية الحديثة كآلية للتحول الرقمي في البنوك - إشارة للجزائر –

Résumé: يشهد العالم اليوم ثورة التكنولوجيا المالية بمختلف تقنياتها في شتى المجالات، في هذا الصدد جاءت الدراسة لتعالج مساهمة التقنيات المالية الحديثة في التحول الرقمي للبنوك، فهي بذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تبني التقنيات المالية الحديثة كآلية للتحول الرقمي في البنوك، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لعرض التأصيل النظري لمتغيرات الدراسة، والمنهج التحليلي لدراسة واقع نماذج تطبيق التقنيات المالية الحديثة كآلية لرقمنة البنوك بالجزائر، و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن البنوك الجزائرية تتجه نحو الرقمنة من خلال ما تتيحه هذه التقنيات من فرص تسهيل و توسيع نطاق الحصول على الخدمات المالية الرقمية بصورة أسرع و بأكثر كفاءة؛ في حين تبقى المنصات الرقمية في الجزائر و التي تعتبر كتمويل بديل للبنوك مجرد مبادرات لا ترتقي لمستوى التطور المطلوب في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية. Today, the world is witnessing a revolution in financial technology with its various technologies in various fields. In this regard, the study deals to address the contribution of modern financial technologies to the digital transformation of banks. It aims to highlight the importance of adopting modern financial technologies as a mechanism for digital transformation in banks, basing on the descriptive approach to present the theoretical foundation of the study variables, and the analytical approach to study the reality of models for applying modern financial technologies as a mechanism for digitizing banks in Algeria. The study, found that Algerian banks are moving towards digitization through the opportunities provided by these technologies to facilitate and expand the scope of access to digital financial services faster and more efficiently; while digital platforms in Algeria, which are considered an alternative financing for banks, remain mere initiatives that do not rise to the level of development required in the field of financial technology.
