Résumé: ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم أداء البنوك الجزائرية (العمومية والخاصة) خلال الفترة الممتدة من (2018-2022)، وذلك باستخدام نموذج ديبونت (Dupont)، ومنهجيا اعتمدنا على الوصفي التحليلي في التطرق إلى مختلف المفاهيم ذات الصلة بتقييم الأداء وبنموذج ديبونت (Dupont). تم تجميع بيانات حول بنكين عمومي (البنك الوطني الجزائري) وخاص (مصرف السلام ) ثم دراسة أدائهما من خلال معدل العائد على حقوق الملكية، وتحليله إلى المؤشرات التي ساهمت في تكوينه (هامش الربح، العائد على الأصول، منفعة الأصول)، خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مصرف السلام حقق أداء أفضل من البنك الوطني الجزائري من حيث استثمار المساهمين، كما أنه يتميز بكفاءة عالية في خفض التكاليف. Abstract This study aims to evaluate the performance of Algerian banks (public and private) during the period extending from (2018-2022), using the Dupont model, and methodologically we relied on descriptive and analytical in addressing the various concepts related to performance evaluation and the Dupont model. Data was collected on two public banks (the National Bank of Algeria) and a private one (Al Salam Bank), then their performance was studied through the rate of return on equity, and analyzed into the indicators that contributed to its formation (profit margin, return on assets, utility of assets). The study concluded that: Al Salam Bank achieved better performance than the National Bank of Algeria in terms of shareholder investment, and it is also characterized by high efficiency in reducing costs.
