الخدمة العمومية في الإعلام المحلي المسموع في الجزائر: الواقع والمأمول

Résumé: شهد الإعلام المسموع في الجزائر رغم أنه لا يزال جزءا تابعا للدولة تحولات عديدة، مست جوانبه القانونية والمؤسساتية والمالية، حيث انتهجت الجزائر سياسة إعلامية تهدف إلى تحقيق التغطية الشاملة للبلاد، وتقديم برمجة عامة ومتنوعة تستجيب لمتطلبات المرفق العام، من خلال تشجيع الإعلام المحلي ودعم التنوع الثقافي واللغوي، من أجل ضمان الخدمة العمومية، إلا أن الانفتاح الإعلامي وظهور الإعلام الجديد يتطلب إعادة النظر في تطبيق الخدمة العمومية في الإعلام المسموع الجزائري بتوفير مجال عمومي تواصلي حر ومستقل. The audio media in Algeria witnessed a number of changes regardless the fact that it still is a part of the country; this changes included all its institutional, financial, and legal aspects. Algeria relied on media policy, which seeks to accomplish a full cover of the country, and to provide a general, miscellaneous programming, which reacts to the needs of the public utility, through encouraging local media, supporting cultural, and language diversity in order to guarantee the public service. However, this media openness and the rise of the new media demand a reconsideration in the application of the public service in the Algerian audio media, by providing a public communicative field that is free and independent.
