أثر احتياطيات الصّرف الأجنبي على التّنمية المستدامة بالجزائر - دراسة قياسية للفترة (2000- 2019) -
Résumé: هدفت هذه الّدراسة لإيضاح دور احتياطيات الصّرف الأجنبي في دعم التّنمية المستدامة بالجزائر للفترة (2000- 2019)، حيث استخدمت الدّراسة بيانات سنوية لكلّ من الاحتياطيات ومؤشرات التّنمية المستدامة، باستعمال اختبارات جذر الوحدة واختبار التكامل المشترك وفق طريقة انجل جرانجر، والاستعانة ببرنامج القياس الاقتصادي 12 EViews لتقدير النّموذج. بينت نتائج الاختبارات وجود علاقة إيجابية بين حجم الاحتياطيات والبعد الاقتصادي للتنمية، كما تؤثّر الاحتياطيات على البعد البيئي سلبا، وأوضحت الدّراسة أن الاحتياطيات تساهم في الرّفع من حجم العمالة (البعد الاجتماعي). This study aimed to illustrate the role of foreign exchange reserves in supporting Algeria's sustainable development for the period (2000-2019), where the study used annual data for both reserves and sustainable development indicators, using unit root tests, Angel Granger-style joint integration testing, and using the Eviews12 economic measurement program to estimate the model. The results of the tests showed a positive relationship between the size of reserves and the economic dimension of development, and reserves negatively affect the environmental dimension, the study showed that reserves contribute to increasing the size of employment (the social dimension).
