تشخيص الاقتصاد الجزائري للفترة ما بين(2014-2018): بين تقلبات اسعار النفط واعراض المرض الهولندي

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تشخيص وضعية الإقتصاد الجزائري، ومعرفة إن كان يعاني العلة الهولندية للفترة (2014-2018)، وذلك من خلال تتبع تطور المؤشرات الإقتصادية لهذه الفترة وعلاقتها بتطور أسعار النفط ومدى تأثرها. توصلت الدراسة التحليلية لهذا البحث إلى أن الإقتصاد الجزائري تأثر تأثرا كبيرًا بانهيار أسعار النفط، وبالتراجع السلبي للعديد من المؤشرات الإقتصادية كعجز الموازنة العامة، إنخفاض معدلات النمو الإقتصادي، إرتفاع معدلات البطالة،...الخ. وهذا التأثر السلبي لهذه المؤشرات الإقتصادية و التي تعتمد على أكثر من 97% في تمويليها لقطاع المحروقات، يؤكد أن الإقتصاد الجزائري رهين لهذا القطاع، كما يؤكد التغير السلبي لهذه المؤشرات أنه يعاني المرض الهولندي، وأن التخلص من هذه التبعية أصبحت حتمية في ظل عدم استقرار أسعار البترول وارتباطها بعوامل خارجية لا يمكن التحكم فيها أو التنبؤ بها. الكلمات المفتاحية: المرض الهولندي، الإقتصاد الجزائري، أسعار النفط ، المؤشرات الإقتصادية، التبعية. . (*) قروي صباح Abstract: This study aims to try to diagnose the situation of the Algerian economy, And whether it suffered of the Dutch disease over the period 2014-2018., by tracking the development of economic indicators for this period and its relationship to the development of oil prices and their impact. The analytical study of this research found that the Algerian economy was greatly affected by the collapse of oil prices, the negative decline of many economic indicators such as the budget deficit, low economic growth rates, high unemployment rates, etc. This negative impact of these economic indicators, which depend on more than 97% in the financing of the hydrocarbons sector, confirms that the Algerian economy is hostage to this sector, as well as the negative change of these indicators that suffers from the Dutch disease, and to get rid of this dependency has become inevitable in the instability of prices Petroleum and its association with external factors can not be controlled or predicted. .Keywords: Dutch disease, Algerian economy, oil prices, economic indicators, dependency.
