Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في مدى تأثير التحول الرقمي على فعالية عمليات إدارة المعرفة في مؤسسة سوناطراك، باعتباره ضرورة استراتيجية لمواكبة التغيرات والتطورات التكنولوجية، ولإبراز أهمية عمليات إدارة المعرفة بالتركيز على توليد واكتساب المعرفة، تخزين المعرفة وتوزيعها ونشرها، عبر دراسة تطبيقية لعينة من العاملين في قسم الاستكشاف للمؤسسة، ومن أجل ذلك تم تصميم استبيان خاص بدراسة وتحليل واقع التحول الرقمي ومساهمته في تفعيل عمليات إدارة المعرفة. من خلال تحليل الاستبيان توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها أن التحول الرقمي يساعد في تعزيز وتمكين عمليات إدارة المعرفة في مؤسسة سوناطراك من خلال تسهيل وتحسين عملية تدفق المعلومات والمعرفة وتوفير الأدوات والتقنيات الملائمة لذلك. الكلمات المفتاحية: إدارة المعرفة، عمليات إدارة المعرفة، التحول الرقمي، تكنولوجيا المعلومات تصنيف JEL: M15، D83. Abstract : This study aims to examine the extent of the impact of digital transformation on the effectiveness of knowledge management processes in Sonatrach. It also aims to emphasize the significance of knowledge management procedures by concentrating on knowledge generation and acquisition, storage, distribution, and dissemination. An applied research of a sample of workers in the institution's exploration department will be used to accomplish this. A unique survey was created in order to investigate and evaluate the reality of digital transformation and how it contributes to the activation of knowledge management procedures. The most significant finding from our survey study is that digital transformation contributes to the advancement and empowerment of knowledge. Consequently, a special survey was created to investigate and evaluate the reality of digital transformation and its role in igniting knowledge management procedures. By facilitating and improving the flow of information and knowledge and providing the necessary tools and technologies for that, digital transformation helps strengthen and empower Sonatrach's knowledge management processes, according to the most significant findings from the survey analysis.
