Résumé: The title of the research is “Explanation of Al-Bayquniyyah by Sheikh Al-Hajj Muhammed bin Suleiman Al-Mutahhari (1419-1998) study and investigation. The poem of Al-Bayquniyyah are considered from the adopted the poem in the term Hadith; It was explained by many sheikhs and scholars, and others pledged the comments, this is because it is an ancient poems in the term, and to contain the most important issues, with ease expressions and sequencing in tab and branching. the study dealt with Sheikh Al-Mutahhari's explanation of the poem through study and investigation. the study included introducing the author, his personal, scientific and practical life, with the introduction of the book, its attribution to its author, and the author’s approach to it. as the researcher investigated and adjusted the text of the book in two copies. the study concluded with the richness of the Ibadi school of thought, with its various books, and its convergence with other schools of thought in many matters, as he relies on the Qur’an, sunnah, and consensus as sources of Islamic legislation, and that the Sheikh has explained the poem in full and with some additions.
