آليات إرساء دعائم السياحة البيئية المستدامة في الجزائر على ضوء التجربة الاماراتية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لحصر أهم الآليات الداعمة لتفعيل التوليفة سياحة/بيئة للوصول إلى سياحة بيئية مستدامة في الجزائر، من خلال التطبيق على التجربة الإماراتية في مجال تحولها للسياحة البيئية، عن طريق اعتمادها على الفنادق الخضراء، واستخلاص الدروس المستفادة منها بالنسبة للجزائر. جاءت نتائج الدراسة، لتشير إلى أن الجزائر تحوز على مقومات تؤهلها لتكون نقطة جذب سياحية بامتياز وأنّ السياحة البيئية المستدامة تتحقق عند تفعيل عناصر التوليفة التوازنية، التي تربط السياحة بحماية البيئة والتي لابد أن تكون ضمن مخطط التنمية الشاملة المستدامة للدولة. The study aims to identify the most important support mechanisms to activate the tourism/environment combination for a sustainable ecotourism in Algeria. Basing on the UAE experience in the transition towards ecotourism, especially on its green hotels. Besides, getting lessens that Algeria can learned from. The results of the study indicate that Algeria has the elements that qualify it to be an excellent tourism attracter. Moreover, sustainable ecotourism can be achieved by activating the elements of the balanced combination. That links tourism to environmental protection and must be part of the state’s overall sustainable development plan.
