أثر الفساد على النمو الاقتصادي في دول شمال افريقيا للفترة (2003-2019)

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الفساد، على النمو الاقتصادي، في دول شمال إفريقيا، باستخدام نماذج بانل الساكن، خلال الفترة (2003-2019). وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن النموذج الأفضل لتقدير نموذج البانل الساكن، هو نموذج التأثيرات الثابتة. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن للفساد أثر سلبي على النمو الاقتصادي، أما مؤشر التعليم فكان أثره ايجابي، في حين كان أثر الإنفاق الحكومي سلبي ومعنوي على النمو الاقتصادي، كما أظهر الاستثمار والتضخم و الانفتاح التجاري عدم معنوية على النمو الاقتصادي. الكلمات المفتاحية:فساد، نمو اقتصادي، نماذج بانل ساكن. تصنيف JEL: ...،...،... Abstract : The studyaimsatidentifying the impact of corruption on the economicgrowth in African countries usingstatic panel model during the period (2003-2019). The study concludes that the best model for istimating the static panel model is the fixed effects model. Finding also show that corruption has a negative impact on the economic growth. While both education index has positive effects , government expenditure has a negative effect on the economic growth. Investment and the rate Inflation and Trade openness were insignificant.
