الحياة الجنسية والاكتئاب الاساسي لدى مرضى السكري The Sexuality Life And Essential Depression Of Diabitics Patient
Résumé: ملخص: سعت الدراسة لإبراز خصائص الحياة الجنسية لدى الرجال المصابين بداء السكري من النوع الأول من جهة والبحث عن تأثير مرض السكري على الوظيفة والقدرة الجنسية ككل والتي تعد عامل مهم في استقرار الصحة النفسية والجسدية للإفراد،وأي اضطراب للوظيفة قد يؤثر على السير النفسي والحياة الزوجية للمصاب وينجم عنه الكثير من الاضطرابات النفسية والتي قد لا يشعر المصاب باأعراضها كالاكتئاب الاساسي` . وقد اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج العيادي في دراسة الحالة لراشدين ذكور مصابين بداء السكري النوع الأول من خلال المقابلة العيادية واختبار الرورشاخ واختبار تفهم الموضوع (TAT) ومن نتائج هذا البحث وبعد تحليلنا للمعطيات توصلنا إلى تحقق الفرضيات التي انطلقنا منها: أن الرجال المصابين بداء السكري من النوع الأول يعانون من اضطراب الحياة الجنسية أمن هم مظاهره ضعف الانتصاب القضيبي كما تعاني هده الفئة من الاكتئاب الاساسي والذي يظهر لدى مجموعة البحث كنشاط عقلي كرد فعل عن غياب العاطفةم كلمات مفتاحية:الوظيفة الجنسية.، ضعف الانتصاب القضيبي.، السكري.،الاكتئاب الاساسي. Abstract: The presente study aims at showing on the caractiristic in the sexual life with in insulin dependent men suffring from diabates as well as looking for the effect for diabetes on the Both sexual function and ability in all witch is an important factor in the psychic and phsical hearth stability bisades,any troubles in the sexual functionmay hurt the psychic renover and the couple life of the patient .this geniral a lot of psylogilocal and somatic disorder wich can go unpercie by the patient such as essentielderession. The researchers adopted the clinicle method in studing men- casse how are suffring diabetes throughout the clinical interview.the rorscharchnd the tat the study findings com as fllow.moste of the case soffer from phallic erection and the essential depression wich appiared as a mental activity as a well as reaction to the apsence of affection Keywords: Suxual function; Erictule dysfunction; Essinssiel depression; didiabitic.
