التوافق الزواجي لدى المرأة العاملة
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التوافق الزواجي لدى المرأة العاملة ومعرفة الفروق في ظل متغيرات : عدد الأولاد والمستوى الاقتصادي والتعليمي، مدة الزواج والسن. حيث تم توزيع مقياس التوافق الزواجي والمكون من 32 عبارة على عينة قوامها 42 امرأة عاملة بقطاعات مختلفة، تم الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج نلخصها في النقاط التالية:أن مستوى التوافق الزواجي قدر بـ 85.88، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أنه لا توجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات التوافق الزواجي حسب متغيرات: عدد الأولاد والمستوى الاقتصادي والتعليمي، مدة الزواج والسن. This study aimed to identify the level of marital compatibility among women workers. and to identify the differences between workers in their level of marital compatibility according to various variables: the number of children, economic and educational level, marriage duration and age. The research sample consists of 42 women workers. and Marital compatibility Scale by Spinner was applied. data were analyzed by using the SPSS-19 software. The research shows that:The level of marital compatibility is 85.88.- there is no differences in the level of marital compatibility between workers depending on: (the Number of child, economic and educational level, marriage duration and age).
