الحرابة بالمغرب الإسلامي خلال القرنين 7 و 9ه/ 31 31 م

Résumé: تعالج هذه الدراسة جريمة الحرابة، والتي تعتبر أحد الظواهر السلبية التي استفحلت بالمغرب الإسلامي ما بين القرن السابع والتاسع هجري/13-15م، وأثر فيه تأثيرا بالغا، من خلال التطرق إلى دورالعوامل السياسية والاقتصاديةوالاجتماعية والطبيعة التي كان يمر بها المغرب في تلك الفترة في تفاقم وشيوع هذه الظاهرة، وكيف شكلت خطرا على حياة الناسواضحت ممتلكاتهم وأموالهم عرضت للسطو والنهب والغارات المتكررة، كما أشارت الدراسة لجهود السلطة السياسية في سبيل تحقيق الأمن وضع حد لعمليات الحرابةعن طريق اتخاذ العديد من الإجراءات الأمنية، دون ان ننسى مساهمة الفقهاء والاولياء والصالحين في التصدي لهؤلاء اللصوص من خلالاتخاذ موافق صرامة ضد قطاع الطرق واعتداءاتهم، وأيضا محاولتهم توفيرالأمنللسكان وحمايتهم، ولم تغفل الدراسة إبراز تداعياتالحرابة Thisstudy deals with the crime of banditrywhichisconsidered as one of the mostnegativephenomenan, thathadbecamerampart in the islamicmaghreb,betweenthe seventh and ninth H/13-15AD, and ithad a great impact by discussion of the roleof political, economic, social and natural factor that the islamicmaghreb, wasgoingthrough at that time in the spreading and aggravatoin of thesphenomenan; and how itendangerpeople’slives, and thierproperty and money are at risk of a frequent raids. The studyalsoaim at revealing of the efforts made by politicalauthority in order to demalish the phenomenon and achievesecuritywith a deterrentproceedings, withantforgetting the cooperation of juristes and rightous inconfrontingthesethieves and plunderers, as well as attempting to providesecurityfor people, at thisstudydidn’tignote the ramifictions of banditry.
