الأسس و القيم التي يقوم عليها الحوار في الشريعة الإسلامية

Résumé: شك أن الحوار قد أصبح ضرورة من ضرورات العصر الحديث للتغلب على المشكلات الواقعية في العالم المعاصر، وتعد القضايا الدينية جزءاً لا يتجزأ من مشكلات هذا العصر، والحوار الديني يعتبر جزءاً من هذا الحوار بين الحضارات. والحوار هو تقبل الإصغاء إلى الآخر، والابتعاد عن روح التعصب، ولا يعني التطابق فكرياً وعقائدياً. على أن الحوار يقوم على مجموعة من الأسس والقيم، أبرزها الكرامة الإنسانية، وأن الناس جميعاً أمة واحدة، تجمعهم الإنسانية جمعاء، ثم التعاون بين الناس، والتسامح، لأن به يستمر الحوار، والإسلام قد دعا إليه بقيوده، ومنها المعاملة بالمثل، وهو مبدأ متشعب عن العدالة غير منفصل عنها. There is no doubt that dialogue has become one of the necessities of modern times to overcome the real problems in the contemporary world includingreligious issues. Religious dialogue is a part of dialogue between civilizations,itmeans the acceptance of listening to the other, and the avoidance of intolerance, and does not mean congruence intellectually and ideologically. However, the dialogue is based on principles and values, most notably human dignity, and that all people are one nation, then cooperation among people, tolerance, and justice.
