أثر تحرير التجارة الخارجية على الميزان التجاري في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2018

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر تحرير التجارة الخارجية على الميزان التجاري الجزائري خلال الفترة (1990-2018)، باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الموزعةARDL ، من خلال دراسة مدى استقرارية السلاسل الزمنية اختبار التكامل المشترك وتقدير معادلته في الأجل الطويل والقصير، واختبار مدى صلاحية النموذج المقدر، بحيث توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي للتحرير التجاري على الميزان التجاري في الأجلين الطويل والقصير، غير أن هذا التأثير ليس فعلي نتيجة التركيز على الصادرات البترولية، كما أظهرت النتائج أيضا عن وجود علاقة عكسية بين سعر الصرف والميزان التجاري. This study aims to test the effect of foreign trade liberalization on the Algerian trade balance during the period (1990-2018), using the Autoregression model for the distributed gaps ARDL, by studying the stability of time series, testing joint integration, estimating its long-term and short-term equivalence and testing the validity of the estimated model, so that the study found a positive effect of trade liberalization on the long and short term trade balance, but this effect is not actual as a result of focus on petroleum exports, as the results also showed a negative relationship between the exchange rate and the trade balance.
